Most app ideas fail one question: would anyone pay for this? So start with people who already pay, every month, for a bad version of the fix. An Insta seller paying delivery both ways. A dealer losing an evening to copy-paste. Chachu in Dubai paying a cousin to "check the site".
Below, for each app: who pays, what already exists, and one copy-paste build prompt. Paste it into Claude, Cursor or Claude Code and it walks you through a first version, step by step.
* OrderNation, State of Online Shopping in Pakistan 2026 (10 June 2026): one Lahore retailer's own data, about 127,000 COD parcels, 19 to 22% returned every month.
Built one? Post it in the Discord. I want to see it, and the best ones get shown in a reel.
Insta sellers live on cash on delivery, and every refused parcel is delivery paid both ways. One retailer's data says about 1 in 5 COD parcels comes back. A one-tap WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch is the simplest fix to try first.
Build me a mobile-first web app called COD Confirmer for small Pakistani online sellers who take orders on Instagram and WhatsApp, not on Shopify. Confirm every order on WhatsApp before it ships, and remember who refused before... (tap Copy for the full prompt)
The 1 in 5: OrderNation's State of Online Shopping in Pakistan 2026, one retailer's data, linked at the top. The apps above: their Shopify App Store listings, read 21 October 2026.
A dealer gets a new plot and then spends the evening typing the same details into group after group. They already talk in voice notes all day. Let the voice note do the typing.
Build me a mobile-first web app called Voice Note Lister for property dealers in Pakistan. One voice note in, a clean listing in English and Roman Urdu out, a short and a long version with Copy buttons, and a simple lead inbox. Never invent a price, size or location... So many families have someone abroad building a house, renting out a portion or holding a plot back home, and running all of it on phone calls and trust. They earn in dollars, and they would pay to see it for themselves.
Build me a web app called Ghar ki Khabar for overseas Pakistanis building a house, renting out a property or holding a plot back home. The person on the ground posts dated photos, receipts and rent slips. The owner abroad sees a feed, every rupee spent, and a weekly summary... (tap Copy for the full prompt)
Students pay agents to write their SOP and tell them which papers to collect. Most of that is a checklist and a good draft. A copilot can do the checklist for every country and help you write a statement that sounds like you.
Build me a mobile-first web app called Abroad Copilot for Pakistani students applying abroad. A per-country document checklist where every item links the official page it came from, progress tracking, and an SOP helper that drafts from the student's own story and never invents anything... Check before you trust a checklist. Requirements differ by country and change. For example, many universities ask for HEC-attested documents, but the German Embassy in Islamabad says its certified-copy service needs no HEC cross attestation (pakistan.diplo.de). Always read the official page.
Parents already pay for tuition every month. The same questions come back in board papers year after year. A tutor that knows the past papers and makes the student try first is the part people pay for.
Build me a mobile-first web app called Past Paper Tutor for Pakistani Matric and FSc students. Past paper questions one at a time, the student answers first, the tutor gives a hint before the answer, every explanation names the board and year... (tap Copy for the full prompt)
Look at what each app replaces. Every one of them is money or time someone is already spending.

I've been building things people pay for since I was 10. Online game servers first, then $250K+ earned in tech. Now I build with AI in public, and every free thing from my reels lands on a page like this.
