ChatGPT, the way most of us use it, tells you how. An AI agent opens your apps and does it: the browser, Gmail, your sheets, your folders. Below: which agent to use (two are free to start), 5 tasks you can copy and paste today, and the one rule that keeps it safe.
Start free. If you already pay for ChatGPT or Claude, use that one. ChatGPT's old "agent mode" is retired; its agent is now called ChatGPT Work.

Tap Copy, paste it into your agent, and fill in the [brackets]. Purple tags say which agent fits best; yellow tags say what it needs from you.
Read my emails from the last 7 days. Find every deadline from my university: quizzes, assignments, labs, vivas, exams and fee dates. For each one, add an event to my Google Calendar on the right day with a clear title (for example "Quiz 2, Data Structures") and a reminder one day before. Then show me a list of everything you added. Do not reply to or delete any email.
Find 10 internships in [your city] for a [your degree, e.g. BS Computer Science] student. Check Rozee.pk, LinkedIn and company career pages. Only keep ones that are open right now. Put them in a Google Sheet with these columns: role, company, area, paid or unpaid, last date to apply, apply link. If you find fewer than 10 real ones, tell me. Do not make any up.
Find 5 hostels near [your university] with rent under [your budget] a month. Use Google Maps and read the reviews for each one. Make me a sheet with: name, rent if listed, distance to campus, rating, the best and worst thing people say in reviews, and the phone number. Rank them, best first, and tell me which one you would call first and why.
Find 20 [clinics / salons / gyms / restaurants] in [your city] whose website is weak: no online booking, broken on phones, no WhatsApp button, or no website at all. For each one, write a short, polite pitch (under 90 words) that names the exact problem you saw and offers [your service]. No fake compliments. Save all 20 as Gmail drafts. Do NOT send any of them. Give me a list of the 20 with the problem you found for each.
Look at my Downloads folder. Sort the files into folders by type: PDFs and notes, images, videos, installers, documents, and other. Do not delete anything. Do not open or upload any file. When you are done, tell me how many files went into each folder.
Let it do the work. You check before it sends or pays. An agent can make mistakes, and it moves fast. So:
