NUST, FAST, LUMS, COMSATS: four graduates, four completely different ways to win. None of them waited for a label. Come build real things with AI, with people who are doing it.

From the server: the day I shipped the past papers website.
A free past papers site for every major board in Pakistan, 9th to 12th, plus NUST, GIKI, FAST, UET and COMSATS entry tests. I didn't write a line of code.
Counts from the site's own build log, 3 October 2026.

Claude split itself into three helpers and searched every board in Pakistan at the same time. It found that universities don't publish real past papers at all.
It downloaded 8 GB of papers. Most were scanned photos, so up to 15 helpers read them page by page and typed out the questions, Urdu and Sindhi too.
11,142 MCQ answers worked out by AI and labelled that way, then the part that saves uploads, the database and a private review page.
Over 30 designs in six rounds. I kept rejecting them. My feedback was things like "too basic" and "we need colours".
Hosted on Vercel, with Claude Code doing most of the setup. When photo uploads broke on the live site, Claude caught it in its own test and fixed it.
Honest bits: Claude Code needs a paid Claude plan (current price). The AI answers can be wrong, so they're labelled and low-confidence ones are hidden.

I've been building things people pay for since I was 10. Online game servers first, then $250K+ earned in tech. Now I build with AI in public, and every free thing from my reels lands on a page like this.
